DO I NEED TO SHOW PROOF OF VAX?

You do not. Please see our Terms and Conditions page for more information on this.

DO YOU DO PASS-OUTS?

No, sorry. Once you’re in, you’re IN. You cannot go outside the Bowls Club and come back later. We know it’s annoying, but that’s the rule as set by the Victorian Liquor Licensing Board and the venue. Please be kind to our ticket/gate staff.

WHAT ARE YOUR CONDITIONS OF ENTRY?

CAN I BUY A TICKET AT THE GATE?

You might be able to, but we can’t make any promises. The festival always sells out in advance. And while we try to offer a few extra tickets for sale on the day, it is best to buy tickets online to secure to place at the Stomp.

CAN I BRING MY OWN BOOZE?

No, sorry. The Bowls Club is a licensed venue, so you cannot bring your own alcohol. There are plenty of alcoholic and non-alcoholic options for you to purchase.

CAN I BRING MY DOG?

No, sorry. Animals (with the exception of assistance dogs) are not permitted on site.

CAN I BRING MY KIDS?

Yes indeed you can! Kids 5 and under are free and there’s plenty of room to park prams. Kids 6 and over will need a ticket. Please note that this is a live music event, so it’s advisable to pack noise cancelling earphones for little ones.

CAN I BRING A CHAIR?

If it’s a nice low one which won’t impact other people’s view of the concert, sure. You may also bring picnic blankets.

DOES THE BOWLS CLUB HAVE DISABLED ACCESS?

It sure does. Most areas are accessible via ramp and we have disabled toilets, too. On the day, please ask a Stomp staff member if you need help.

WHAT TIMES ARE THE BANDS PLAYING?

We’ll post playing times here and on our social media pages a few days before the show.

DOES MY TICKET GET ME IN TO ALL THE SHOWS?

Depends what ticket you bought. If you bought a General Admission Stomper then the answer is no. This is a ticket for one show only. If you bought a Lucky Dip Festival Pass then the answer is yes.

ONE OF THE BANDS ISN’T PLAYING NOW BECAUSE OF COVID. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

It sucks, but that’s how it goes at the moment. The Stomp reserves the right to make changes to the line-up and date of the event if required. No refunds will be issued. This is included in our ticket Ts and Cs.
