Maker Criteria:

· Handmade/designed/created by the maker

· New and/or recycled materials used to create a new product

· Not mass produced or imported

Expressions of Interest must be received by close of business Monday 7 October.

Your Expression of Interest does not automatically grant you a stall at the Makers Market. All applicants will be informed whether or not their application was successful by close of business Monday 14 October.

If your application is successful a fee of $100 will be payable via EFT prior to the event, unless otherwise negotiated. Fees are non-refundable.

No goods (such as job lots/finished products) shall be purchased from any other source, and then offered for sale. Failure to abide by these terms may result in event organisers requesting that items be removed from sale during the event.

The business owner/product maker must be there on the day of the market to man their own stall. If unforeseen circumstances arise which may result in you being unable to be there on the day to man your stall and you wish to have another person (for example: family member) do so on your behalf, you must contact us at:

It is preferable (but not essential) that you hold your own Product and Public Liability insurance to cover your products.  If you do have your own insurance, you will need to email us a copy of your insurance policy prior to the event.

Reservoir Stomp is not obliged to procure insurance for any risks including:

(a) public liability;

(b) damage, destruction and theft of products, props, chairs, or other property;

(c) workers' compensation insurance; or

(d) medical insurances for the artist/maker or personnel.

Tables are provided by the Preston-Reservoir Bowls Club. Each table has approx 1.7M frontage. You may not bring your own table along, as space is limited.

Stall holders may bring along their own chairs, displays and props. We cannot guarantee access to walls for hanging items, so please ensure you bring sufficient display equipment with you.

Tables must be appropriately covered (minimum white or cream table cloths). We encourage you to be creative with the visual merchandising of your stall.

Please ensure that all stock carry boxes and bags are out of sight during the event and the space around and behind your stall is neat and tidy. Also please ensure that all walkways are clear of any clutter.

Stall holders are to ensure that the rubbish generated from your stall is removed from the premises after the event.

Wrist bands:
Each stall holder will be issued a wrist-band when they arrive. These must be worn at all times, so that stall holders can be identified.

Setting up:
Set up commences at 10:00am. Please ensure you arrive in time to be ready to go when doors open to the public at 11:30am.

Ten minute parking for unloading will be available in the Preston-Reservoir Bowls Club carpark, behind the venue. Once you have unloaded your items, please remove your vehicle from the carpark as this is reserved for artists/bands performing across the day.

Packing up:
Do not pack up your stall prior to 3:00pm unless directed by an event organiser. If special circumstances occur such as an emergency which require you to leave, please speak with an event organiser prior to packing up.

If the event is still busy at the planned closing time, event organisers reserve the right to allow for an additional hour of trading.

All stall holders are encouraged to inform their followers across social media that they are selling at the Reservoir Stomp.

By participating in the Reservoir Stomp Makers Market you consent to your goods/business being promoted across Reservoir Stomp social media in the lead-up to the event onwards.
